While under our charge, your assets will be insured separately for up to £500,000,000 through Lloyds of London. Insurance cover exceeds BAR (British Association of Removers) standards and complies with the BAR Insurance Consumer Code of Conduct.

Your assets will be RFID (radio-frequency identification) tagged to ensure tracking at all times.

Our shippers are also a voluntary member of the Financial Ombudsman Service and fully insured.

Should you use our collection and transportation service, your assets are pre-packed for insurance purposes with inventory photos taken to prior to collection, transit and storage.

Should your insurers request, we will provide them with required, relevant information.
