Storage of Assets

Fine art, antiques, antiquities, *fine wine, jewellery, books, manuscripts, and other collectables are stored under secure, temperature controlled and dehumidified conditions, with full insurance. The purpose built high-security building offers the following state-of-the-art, maximum security features:

• twenty-four hour on-site security
• integrated fire alarm system for each storage unit - independently monitored by off-site 24/7 control centre
• simultaneous remote monitoring by an independent security centre
• enclosed loading dock protected by electronic gates and ram proof barrier
• environmental controls.

• that all movements of assets are covered and recorded by CCTV 24/7 and motion-activated monitors
• RIFD (remote infrared tagging)

• inventory images of property are taken prior to storage
• maximum protection of your assets including off floor storage
• wireless scanning and bar-coding systems in place to track any movement of your assets

Bonded Warehouse

A bonded warehouse facility that is ISO 9001 certified enables you, upon request, to store your fine wine, fine art, antiques or valued collectables, in bond, under ‘exempted status’ without incurring import duties or VAT. All duty and VAT is deferred indefinitely until such time as your assets leave the building and enter free circulation or are exported outside of the UK.

Should your assets already be stored in bond, they can by agreement, remain within the same storage facility.

*Fine wine can, dependant upon conditions, be left in suitable storage facilities of your choice e.g. EHD, LCB and Octavian.

Bullion Storage

Our resident gold trader will discuss your allocated or unallocated account with you or your other holdings of physical gold. Storage will be arranged accordingly.
